The Season of Compassion

Making a wreath from greens in my yard as a Thanksgiving gift has become a new tradition. I’ve planted these glorious evergreens. The blue spruce and sugar pines were from New Hampshire. Ten years ago they were small enough to fit in the backpack I had to carry them back to our cabin–riding on the back of a motorcycle! No store-bought pie can tell such a story.
